Imagine a sandbox in SL where anyone could make AND delete anything there.

So little use of collabrative constuction occurs in SL it must be cuz people don't want to give permission to mod. But with ALTS being so ubiquitus these days, it must be cuz they just can't be bothered to relog. or they just doesn't concider it at all.( which is more likely)

does anyone see a use to this?
