Reset avatar height

Would it be possible to have a button or something that would allow us to manually reset our avatar height?

1) I notice when changing body shapes that the client doesn't always update my height until I also change my hair or eyes or something else.

So if I go from short to tall, I wind up crouching with my knees bent while I walk.

If I go from tall to short, I hover in the air.

2) This also seems to happen quite frequently when I teleport into somewhere and cross over a sim border by flight. When I land, I'm usually crouching with knees bent until I walk (not fly) over a sim border, which is when it corrects itself.

This happens most often in the welcome area, since I often fly down from the telehub into morris then notice the problem and walk back across to Ahern to reset my height.

Note that #2 and #1 both seem like the same problem, but the solution to each does not seem to apply to the other. For example I can't wear different hair to fix the #2 problem, nor can I walk across the sim border to fix the #1 problem.

It'd be cool if we could reset this manually using some kind of button or option in the debug menu =)
