Please?! I want to be able to have avatar attachments be able to be coded so that things like dresses don't hang through the chairs you sit on....

Not for the same reason, but Id like to have something like this too, my elevator is a sit-down type, and if there was an AGENT_SITTING, I can give it more accuracy when it calls llUnSit. Also, someone sitting down is quite invulnerable to physical-contact weaponry and implimenting something like this can improve that situation.
