Proposal 145: Linden Lab should release criteria for ToS enforcements

Let's try this proposal thing again. ^.^;

I want to see:
-A list of offences/offence catigories that one can be punished for under the ToS/CS
-The punishment for each one: warning, 3-day suspension, 7 day suspension, 14-day suspenstion with a ban hearing. There should be collums differentiating between first offenses and subsequent, multiple offenses. For cases where punishment varies based on the severity of the offense and Linden descression, a range may be given, i.e.: "Warning to 7-day suspention depending on circumstances".
-The implimentation of something akin to a "three strikes and you're out" rule for repeat offenders (the exact number of strikes may be open to debate).
-If such a list does not already exist, Linden Labs should create one and publish it.
-Baring any of the above, a list of offenses that result in immediate 14-day suspensions/ban hearings should be created.
-Assurance that Linden Labs will adopt such a list as policy and abide by it as written (with the provision that they may edit it as they see fit).
