Texture Permissions

The title is a bit vague, but I'm suggesting another Permission option on textures and pictures. Many people on SL have uploaded personal pictures, screenshots, etc into their Inventory and share them, sometimes with copy/modify permissions disabled. But what stops the person from putting the image onto a prim and displaying it for everyone? Just about nothing.

I think there should be an Texture permission for textures that can stop one from being used on a prim. That way personal pictures can remain personal and not get used in a way not intended.

Or we can continue using the honor system. Just an idea.
