Dwell brightness should be relative!

I'm noticing way too many bright white lights when I go to check out how the dwell of areas are doing and it really doesn't give me a good estimation of what's good and what's bad (except maybe how spread out the white blob goes). I think that rather than having the white get whiter depending on a specific number, the highest dwell in the world should be the brightest white (not including sims that we aren't supposed to know about) and the lowest dwell should be like, a pixel of 99% transparency :D And everything in between is relative to the highest and lowest.

Like this idea?

I was also wondering if dwell over linden land took away from dwell over resident land...? Thanks for an answer here.

Or use false color like on a weathermap.

"And here we can see a high dwell pressure area over Lime is causing a active dwell front to move northward towards Mauve. Sims surrounding Olive can expect a hail of prims around seven o-clock, and excessive lighting strikes have been reported in Jessie. (Though that may just be high-caliber gunfire.)"

The SL weather report; that's classic. Say, am I the only one who was disapointed that the "Realistic Weather System" mentioned under technology basically means the sun rises and sets?

Come to Gibson and you'll see the rain technology in action.
