I'd really like to see an option for basic accounts to file support tickets for problems encountered with the LindeX. Right now there is no such option. They have options for several things don't involve the transfer of money.

I realize that full support for all the basic accounts is a bit of a logistical nightmare but, first and foremost, they should be offering support for LindeX linden purchases, credits or anything that is withdrawing money from your paypal or bank account.

The wiki encourages residents to file a support ticket for linden accounts that don't update after a purchase from LindeX. The telephone billing representative recommended filing a support ticket. There is NO support ticket option for basic or guest accounts which even surprised the phone representative. Their solution to the problem was wait a few days to see if it resolves itself. If not, use a support ticket option that's offered even if it's wrong. Really? LL's answer is to use an option that's wrong and hope it's not rejected for not fitting that support ticket?

Certainly premium accounts should get the lions share of support but basic account holders money is the same color and any purchase of Lindens should be supported.
