A lot of people have problems building things, because they don't know about the "Lock" feature, so they often select and move the wrong object, or take the wrong object into inventory. Wouldn't it be easier to automatically lock objects if they haven't been moved for a certain number of days?

Maybe an object could automatically unlock itself after being selected a certain number of times, or for a certain duration?

aren't you digging a hole to fill it then? why not just teach people to use the lock feature and save the programmers some time?

How about reliable "undo"

How about having a reliable "undo"... for say 5 minutes, it REALLY DOES remember the state of the things that you'd moved or deleted and within that time you can roll them back.

lock should warn on attempted RETURN

Why doesn't lock show an "are you sure you want to do this?" warning when RETURNing locked objects? We get the warning on TAKE and DELETE, but not on RETURN.
