Linden Landscaping suggestions

Though I have spent much time creating my own trees, and soon my own grasses, I find myself wanting to use Linden prims once in while since they are available in the Creat menu. However, the grasses are unmodifiable in width, which leaves me constantly overlapping onto someone else's land.

Additionally, the Random Tree rezzing is down right annoying. If I want to make a thick group of Linden trees, I may have to Rez 50 trees just to get 5 identical ones. They don't even rez in any particular order, so who knows when you will get the one you want. Which brings me to my final suggestion, if a tree has been created, you should b able to TAKE it into your inventory and rerez as many as you like. This is not the case, currently. If you try to rerez a tree, it will randomize yet again. AAAAGH!!! Help Lindens, plz!

One tip about the linden trees. When you get the one you want to use, just edit and shift to copy and make a grove of the same kind.

Okay, another tip... You can take a copy of each one after you rez them and just have them in a tree folder and drag them out when you want to make a linden tree.

Just reread your post, seems your having probs with this. I have a bunch of default trees in my inventory already. I really never rez them with landscaping tool. Check your inventory, they might be in a landscaping folder or something like that. If your still having troubles, I can give you some of the linden tress I have.

Oh, and by the way. I really like that one dead tree you have made. You offer a quantity discount? Like if I wanted 10 could you cut me a deal?

After receiving your IM that you had birds and trees for sale for less than $100 each last night at your SL National Park in Zoe, I took a trip there to see the birds. All I could find was the trees. The creator on each one I looked at was... Candie Apple. The trees for sale were the ones that I've been giving out for free for months now.

I have 100 trees and tree textures I give to anyone who IMs me. If anyone wants trees and tree textures, for free, just IM me.

Unless something has changed very recently, the rezzing from a TAKEN copy is always random. Try it. I did have some Linden trees that were in my inventory when I first arrived but have since deleted them. Thanks for the Edit>Copy option tho Loki! Should help a lot!

Yes, indeed those are Candie Apple's trees. You just can't miss 'em... especially when the creator is listed as Candie Apple. This is a violation of the TOS, for which you could get suspended from Second Life.

I wish I could b with you on this one Candie, but I don't know what you are talking about. I have never bought a tree from you at anytime. I have in fact, never purchased a tree from anyone else. The only trees in the park are trees I have created myself in Photoshop or Linden trees. Please look again because the Olive Tree and Chinese Elm are two of my favorites

In regards to the animals, they are around, but there aren't many and it is a huge plot of land I have yet to put all of them out. However, they are indeed there. If you are interested in my animals they are also available at both Cat's Paw store locations.

After 1.2, I will be creating a Ranger station at the park which will contain, hopefully, a copy of everything I have for sale at the Park.

Hmmmm, I must have thought I was in the park and wasn't. Yes, within the stone walls. Gah. I'm terribly sorry.

And Cinde Fate deleted all the trees where I was the Creator, and put up new ones made with the free textures I give away, which she's now selling for $50 each.

Along with my 100 free tree textures, I also provide a notecard on how to make trees, and give free private lessons on how to make them.
