http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3bKphYfUk-Mthis video is of a animation system thats gunna be used in some upcoming games now don't you all agree that if SL had this kind of cool stuff like the glass breaking and crystals shattering plus the animation system SL would be soooo much more fun especially with things like Rpgs and combat

I think this would be horrible for Second Life on multiple levels.
1) Cleanup. Either nearly everything you can break will need to be scripted (and where's the script go when it shatters?) to re-set itself after time, or the owner will need to come by every once in a while and fix it.
2) CPU. We can barely have a few hundred static-shape physical objects in a sime (even with Havok 4).
3) Number of Prims. Would a broken object still take 1 prim?

well we could just make it so when it breaks it becomes a temporary prims like when you break a window all the glass shards and stuff skatter about and after a few mins it auto deletes and you could just touch the window to restore it back to new or leave it in the broken state
