New Land Edit Menu Option: Group Build Only?

I would love to see a feature where only members of your current group could build on your land, similar to the group edit features on objects. I love building with friends, but there are a lot of stray objects that appear on my land and theirs.

With the “confinement” of new players this should be mitigated somewhat except in the themes around the welcome area, but I would love to be able to set my land so my friends in my group can build on it, but those wandering by wouldn’t be able to put a box or a cabin on my land and leave it there... and be able to set it back so I can hold building events on my land. (:
