Man, I just came back from trying to find a club where I can run my own dance foo, and dance my own dances and I returned home pretty annoyed! Wouldn't be so bad if the clubs provided decent dances or a variety of styles!
My point here is that although I can understand the need to decrease lag, how about considering that you are decreasing your patron's pleasure! What we need if this trend is to continue, is some genius to come up with a work around this!! I spent a small fortune on dances that can't be used anywhere almost except my own house!
Someone please fix this!
Thanks!

If you put the dances back into your inventory, you can play them from there. Not quite as effortless as a dance-foo, but at least they're not going to waste.

'not quite as effortless'? Hardly.

If you set up dancing as a gesture, you can set them to be triggered by the Function keys, e.g. hit F5 for this dance, & Ctrl-F12 for that dance.
The option to create a new gesture should be available in a menu at the top of your Inventory. Once you start creating it, you can name it, assign any animation you own to it, and assign one of many different hotkeys to it and/or any text command to trigger it. You can also add in other stuff to happen (music, text, etc.), but I'm guessing you don't want that. Actually, with proper timing, it could be used for repeating the same dance animation over and over a certain amount of times, and/or playing the next one, and the next one... I haven't seen whether this creates issues with stopping in the middle of the sequence though.
