My proposal is that we have the option to turn on and off the shadows that appear under our avatars feet. This coudl be useful many ways. Ive found when using a poseball, if my feet are off the ground i have a floating shadow, and also I'm a furry, and when i try to edit my paws the shadows always get in the way and i cant get my paws into edit.
Anyone else think this is a good idea?

From: Rayve Mendicant uncheck shadows No, Raemus is referring to the fake "shadows" on our avatars' feet, not the shadow feature in Preferences. Turning one off doesn't affect the other.

Yeah those feet shadows are a bit distracting at times. I would vote for an option to control them...or remove them all together

I HATE them. They bother me in so many ways. When I need to take photos that involve the feet I can turn off Alpha rendering, but that eliminates ALL alpha textures, not just the feet. SO I take two photos, one with alpha off for the feet and one with alpha on for the rest of the scene. OR we could just visit LL and beat up the person that created foot shadows.

I bet it was Philip. Is Flipper Stil in SF? We should pay him to do a hit.

Can't even comprehend the mentality that decided that since we can't get it under the foot on top of the foot was better than nothing. Or Philips kid made it so it stays, just shut up. It's a good shadow for his age. Or someone worked and worked and worked on it making no real progress for months and they were gonna fire him/her but that person kept on saying they almost got it, there this close, and it just went on and on for years and now even though this person is in charge coffee or something else important now, they have to justify all that programing money somehow. If they just removed the silly on top of the foot floating in mid air shadowy things that stick to your ankles even if you walk on your hands that it would just be like saying we goofed. Your right those are some silly shadows we should have caught that the day they showed up. But now there so old it'll be sad to see those silly things removed. What will people laugh at when the top of feet shadows are gone?

Timetravelling again, I have gone back in time several months... I have almost run out of words, but my fellow Residents of the present's past selves, I bring you good news from THE FUTURE! Several months from now, precisely on the date of November 9, 2005, foot shadows will be UNDER our feet instead of OVER. It's not a total eradication, amelioration, or even a toggle, but it is ONE STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. I've come back to the end of July 2005 to give you all a big HUG!!! COME WITH ME SEVERAL MONTHS INTO THE FUTURE... TO NOVEMBER 2005!
