Could we get it so that an object that is released to the public im's its owner, saying when it was deleted, and who deleted it?

No objects should be 'going public' without intervention from the owner or an administrator. We will have a sort of garbage reclamation, but it has not been implemented.
Are you seeing something specific which causes an object to be released?

oh no, i was just suggesting that an object, that we released to the public, im us with a time and a who if it were deleted. I was thinking of some of the "giant" public works project where there are tons of items, so the owner releases some of them so that they can finish the project... I just wouldn't want my house to be deleted maliciously, if i released it to public, that is all.
