I've only been in SL, a short time, (Feb 07) But I just want to thank the Lindens for thier effort to address and fix some of the issues that we have brought up in the forums and addressed. Our Feature suggestions were heard and I feel taken seriously. I see the effort, I see the progress and I see us moving forward as a whole community, not going backwards. We have had our bumps, but the journey has been well worth it. Sl, has become a very important part of my RL! I look forward to the many other changes the Lindens are looking at and how to implement them. Thank you Lindens for all that you do to make SL a nice world for us to live in.

SL's been working pretty well for me actually. I haven't had most of the issues other people have been talking about like inventory loss, or if I had I didn't lose enough to notice. The only real problems I've had were my friends list acting up every once in a while, but it'd usually start working again after a few minutes or after relogging. And sometimes the map will turn grey and won't load so I can't see where I'm teleporting. But neither issue is terribly annoying. And I think both voice and sculpties are pretty cool, and I haven't had any problems with those either.
EDIT: Just remembered this one. Z-buffering of transparent objects is pretty weird in the main viewer. My friend can see through his neighbor's window through his solid wall. I've reported it as a bug. The biggest issue I've had with SL in the past few months was the 1.16.0.0 client crashing every few minutes, but since 1.16.0.1 and 1.16.0.2 the problem seems to have mostly gone away as I only crash once every 2-3 hours. And I've never had crashing problems with the main viewer that couldn't be solved by clearing my cache.
