"percentage loaded" indicator on media windows

I was just talking to someone who had a notecard that she couldn't read. No matter how long she waited or how many times she reconnected, it still said "Loading..." in it. As it turned out, it was because the notecard itself said "Loading..." and nothing else. :)

I suggest that the windows for textures, sounds, notecards and scripts have a "loading" indicator in the UI itself, so we can actually be sure that our notecard is loading. If we had a percentage or "time remaining" message, that would be even better.

Yes, this is a request for a new feature as a way to deal with the effects of a bug. What of it? :p

I Call, and raise up one more suggestion,

I would like this also for llPreLoadSound(). Its annoying to try to guess when sounds are loaded or not. Maybe a extra debug feature that , much like refresh shows over av's or scripteds, tat you can see if your sounds are still preloading for everyone. This would be helpful for big events where sounds are a big part of it.

Well, we already have the little speaker icon in the lower right, but that only tells us how many sounds are loaded. A more comprehensive indicator would be welcome.

How about a blocking llpreloadsound function that takes a list with the sounds that must be preloaded before script execution proceeds? Ditto for textures.
