Allow users to set and change the priority of animations any time after they have been uploaded. So one could, say, buy an animation, set the priority however they want for use in their personal AO.
Another thought would be to allow users to change the height offset of animations. So an animation made for a larger avatar would work with a smaller avatar. Currently, one size most certainly does not fit all, and more residents appear to be adopting smaller avatars as actual avatar height becomes more commonly known information. They could even set the offset for individual copies of the same animation for use with different sized avatars.
