Cloning and pirated items

I would like to know why, when ppl file an abuse report we get an automated answer, even when we send all the pertinent facts and pictures showing and proving ourselves. NOT once did any linden contact me regarding my report to see what exactly was going on. Instead I received an auto response stating it was "all sorted".

Police Blotter is full of suspensions for profanitiy, prim drops, bumping etc. Yet when ppl clone items to the exact flaw i put in to know my own work, they just do an automated letter?

I was under the understanding use of copybot or cloning or mirroring or even USING a pair of items perhaps made full mods by one of SL's glitches during an upgrade was cause for a BANNED account?

I'm just curious as to why zero lindens contacted me in this investigation to actually compare? look at? Get the dates? etc. It would be nice to see a more accountable system where you get something other than an automated response. As it is I seriously doubt the issue was even looked at

i reported someone and i know of view others did. only 1 guy got an awnser that the suspect should be warned , were and what happend to the others who had put in a report.

I have posted this topic almost verbatim on the now defunct Linden answers. I never got an answer. The topic was avoided as if it were a virus. There has to be a better system to police cheating, harrassment and griefing. Many suggestions have been given to the Lindens and always they come back with "We at this time are not ready to empower volunteer Lindens with the authority needed to police SL nor are we able with the staff we have to police SL in a manner that meets everones needs." (please note that this is not an exact quote but is very close).

of course it was avoided LL has stated on numerous occasions "oh we only want to cook" ... (R & D stuff) which is fine they do an amazing job SL is an awesome achievment but someone has to do the dirty dishes if they don't want to admin then get someone in who will. This fingers in ears and LA LA LA attitude anytime someone asks a serious question is insulting and totally unprofessional. SL is a business platform and a social platform it needs some form of in world consumer protection with some kind of power to admin. The present abuse system is a joke automated responses? and confidentiality as an excuse? I know who ripped me off I don't need telling I just want to know its been stopped? which in my case it wasn't even though I was under the impression cloning would be dealt with severly ...uh huh
