Here's a suggestion, to the Lindens, for helping out sim owners:

DELETE FROM PRIM_TABLE WHERE PRIM_OWNER_NAME = 'GRIEFERNAME' AND SIM_NAME = 'GRIEFEDSIM';

The table and column names are a bit loose, but I hope the message gets across: Having a feature to delete a specific player's prims is not hard!
