Shift lets me copy but can we have a key to copy and mirror an item? Trying to create complex curves is very hard when trying to connect pieces togther that aren't rotated properly. Mirroring would fix that.

Hey Pirate - there's a few things you can do.

- mirror it by typing in the opposite rotation values in the edit window. This is easy if it rotating on one axis, you just add 180 to flip it.

- If its not that simple, shift-ctrl (I think, heh. Its muscle memory so I may be wrong) brings up the three rings to let you drag rotate. You can get it close then look at what numbers the object has for rotation and type in right numbers yourself. Once its close, usually you can tell 'oh that 29 should be a 30' or 'that -178 is probably trying to be a -180'

- You can see if using the copy object/copy rotation features on the create tab of the edit window helps you get the rotation you want without much fiddling. (they are checkboxes) I couldn't hope to explain those in a forum post. You should hit a building class.

Madox..just rotating it won't mirror it unless both objects are cubes or something. if you have an asymmetrical object and you shift copy it and rotate it won't be mirrored. it will be facing the wrong way.
