No Transfer Refund back to Creators ONLY

Please forgive my english is crappy. I try my best!

so here I go...

Sometime I do have a problem with no transfer, like I bought a skin by an accident (damn it cost so much but wrong skin? I bet you would say "wtf? can't you read it properly before buy or bla bla bla.) Honestly... I promise everyone had same mistakes no matter what. I am not alone. Even our stories are different but we all are in the same boat.

Okay I often wonder about "no transfer" Refund. Means you can't sell/give it to anybody but what about "CAN ABLE" to send it BACK to ONLY creator who made (created) things (a.k.a clothes/skins) and get money back within say 30 min (with proof in history) or depend each creators decide how long refund policy (2 days? 24 hours? 10 min refund?) that allowed to get replace (same item but different color? or any one in this store?) or money back (full money back? or few less % money back) option.

Why not? Just suggestion

Well even if that were possible, the issue with No Transfer items is that they are Copyable. So were you able to give it back to only the creator, there would be nothing to prevent you from making a copy first. People have been asking for changes to the permission system for a long time, but so far LL has been unwilling to do much for fear of breaking current permissions, rendering dare we say millions of creations broken. I don't blame their caution, but I wish they had but more effort and foresight into the current one before SL was implemented. It has some severe limitations. But as they say, hindsight is always 20/20.
