Just a suggestion for after the much needed stuff is taken care of...

Please can there ba a button or some feature added that freezes the av so attachments can be "fine tuned"

As it stands its real hard to place small objects in specific manners...ever try to add object eye balls? Not with swaying av :-). Its real tough to do.

If you right-click on an attachment that's already on your AV to edit it, doesn't it freeze the AV some of the time? At least, that's generally been my experience when adjusting something.

It doesn't completely freeze you.. more of a nicely chilled?

I spent a ton of time working on the headphones for my Ulala avatar, and when I edit them on my head it would freeze mostly. By that I mean that I would stop and look in the same direction, not turn to look at people typing, and not change idle poses. However there is still a slight sway back and forth so not completely still.

Large movements would turn out right but ultra fine detail ones wouldn't. This is more annoying on arms and such as they seem to sway a bit more than the head. Having a complete cessation of all avatar movement would be great.

Under the current system it is pretty much unpossible to edit small eye attachments, both your head and your eyes keep whipping around to follow the mouse.

Vote Quimby.

When I edit an attached attachment I freeze but when I want to edit something small in order to make an attachment there's no way to freeze during the original object editting phase. This is a great idea, a vital idea.

Hmm... I must admit I've not done any object editing on my AV since 1.1 came out. My AV stood stock still a week or so ago when I WAS working on some attachments.

I've had no problem previously adding extra-huge eyeballs to my AV, but again, that was before 1.1

If anyone wants a free pair of googley eyes (niceley aligned and positioned) to work from for eye attachments, see me IW.

I noticed the texture causing move when working on a piece of furniture of mine. It didn't seem to really move though. If I unfocused then looked at the object again, the bit that moved was in the right place again. So.. doesn't seem to break anything, but really annoying.
