Building In the side of mountains.

I think I've seen this b4 but I'll go ahead and say it again.....It would be nice to be able to cut into the side of hils and mountains like make an indent in the side and place a nice house in it that sticks out the side of a hill. Ever seen houses built IRL in this fashion? They look real cool. Just a thought.

yah - that and caves..

I guess the problem is the land (mathmatically) is only 2.5d, mapped onto a 3d world.

I sort of see what you're talking about...would be nice, speaking of building and mountains, I find it annoying when you're moving an object up against a mountain that's fitted at just the right height, the as the axis gets to the mountain it begins to push your object up the hill...I know things aren't supposed to go underground, but bleh...they already go half way. :\
