100m Hover Limit

Is there some reason that the hover_height in vehicle scripts is limited to 100m? As it stands now, vehicles that use global_height can't even make it up to the first deck of the Kazenojin station...

Could we maybe get this upped all the way to the 768m sim cap, or at least to something respectable like 256 or 512?

I think that's a havok engine limit. Something about the Sims slowing to a crawl if they have to calculate physics over a huge range of height.
