With SL growing when you get official email from Linden Labs there really needs to be way to know if its officially from them.
It hard to tell if the notice is a phishing or email scam that looks like its actually from Linden Labs and can cause confusion.
Notecards can be hacked to look official.
So can the server email's.
I purpose there needs to be another way that is less confusing similar to Ebay or something better.
Also I found the issue thing bit boinked from recent problem I have had.
My issue tracker number on my account page has vanished and I am unclear if the account issue was resolved.
The customer service representive I talked to said they contact me to let me know what happen.
The email I recieved from Linden Labs said something on my end with the Bank went awry. My Bank said nothing was returned or even processed by the company.
I deleted and re-entered my billing information and pre-paid it says it's in postive now but the whole thing is still stressful and I have no clue if the problem is resolved nor has the transaction reached my Bank even now.
I understand the Linden's have lot to do and handle but there is got to be another way to correct the communication issues.
Any thoughts in how this could be improved?
