It would be interesting to be able to sort the land sales results by age of sim.

Not sure I see the benefit of sim age but sim class would be good, especially with all the land ads that say "class 5!" on them. I think there's already a suggestion (here and/or as a Feature Request) for an LSL call that will get that info..

If you wanted to live in one of the older sims, being able to sort the land sales result by sim age would be more convenient way to find the parcels you want than memorizing a list of sim names.
Basically I prefer being able to use data efficiently to not being able to use it at all or being able to use it only by inefficiently re-collecting data that was already stored in a malleable, usable electronic form.
Ooh, how's this, let use select a rectangular region on the map and confine the search results to the selected region. That would be real useful.
Sim class would be great too.
LSL calls that return the information would be fine also.

Excellent Idea, along with the Sim age other statistical information would be a big bonus, such as land ownership records, who owned the sim before you, and the owner before that and such. That information is public record in RL so I think it would be most helpful in SL
