I've been here for 11 months or so now, and a lot has changed. I meet newbies with all kinds of weird stuff that I've never seen before, and it's all default! I didn't know anthing but the original hair texture for something like 3 months after it showed up!
We should be able to take an object with the current newbie inventory in it. This assumes that objects can contain directories (they can't), so you should probably fix that too, or just give us the individual folders in seperate objects.

I hear you cat. Back when you could make a trial without a credit card I made one just to check out prelude and stuff. The inventory was LOADED with goodies! Huge amounts of textures, 8 or 9 different avatars, new objects, the works.
The default popgun has changed. I taught a scripting class about guns the other day and the default pop gun everyone had was much different from mine. We have a bazaar, people, put the newbie items in there, please.
