Since this is a virtual world where we can do things we don't normally get to do in rl and since there is alot of group lovers and poly relationships, I think a better more SL capable Partnership system should be in the works where we can partner a larger number of partners, there are many 3 way or even 4 way relationships that would benifit from this.
I would like to get Feedback from all who read this , give your pro's and con's opinion to the lindens please.

Personally for me, being lumped in with others makes the relationship feel cheap. I could never be happy like that. If others like that and it makes them happy then I say knock yourselves out.

I think we should dump the "partner" field altogether. If we want to mention who our partner(s) is/are, we can do it in the "about moi" feild.

Yep, that'll happen.
Polyamorous groups I've seen in SL set themselves up just like families -- make a group that all members belong to, and mention the group in a formulaic way as the first thing in their profile. I fear you're going to be stuck with that, my friend.

While I voted yes, this will never happen. LL is trying to Disnify SL, not take it into groundbreaking social territory.
However, I personally like the idea. Not all 'partnerships' are marital. Some are business related. Some are RL families wanting to form in SL. However, some people would use it for polyamory and that would cause a media stir.

But if you have more than one partner - it shoudl do the same thing as when you highlight Prims with more than one owner of creator
So it should just say

Like people who you consider relatives or who are your real life relatives since this place is mostly about social interactions
Oh and i dont think they will have more than one Partner spot we got enough problems already with people saying this place is a big wiggle dome
