When you eject someone from a group, when they get the ejection message, they should get knocked up in the air, hard enough to land several sims away, with appropriate sound and particle effects.

Folks would form and join groups and get together just to have mass ejection parties.

The ejections could have different levels of prejudice: from an apologetic note of some sort to extreme prejudice (with all the effects you describe) like the CIA's "terminate with extreme prejudice."
