HUH?! say what?!?!?

ok on a more coherant anwser. Sir you need to rethink your stance on this subject. Because 1. there are no children allowed at all in SL main grid. Everyone there is supposedly an ADULT. This means over 18+. Now I know others have said this and i'll say it again. there are no children involved. PERIOD.

And as to child porno.

I agree if found to be of real children and not SL avatars then yes by all means ban said users and report them to the proper police. BUT if it's just a screen shot of Second Life avatars then there is no child porn even tho the avatars APPEAR under 18 the people controlling them are NOT hence no child porn. Period. End of story.

What people do in the privacy of their own private places should be between them. Have locking doors so others can not walk in and be offend because god only knows we don't want to offend anyone (tongue in cheek).

But really get over yourself. There are no real children involved.
it's a 3D digital viritual world with adults at the controls.

So DOWN with this prop. Because it makes no logical sense at all.

If you don't want to be exposed to it then don't go into those area's that have it. Simple.

Sure, SL is big...sure, we can't watch everything at once..but ONE incident and already someone went off on a stupid rant? Not talkin bout LeFont, because I agree with them. I myself am 20, and male, and I play a male fire joguani child to my father Yelesom Astro and Lisa Corleone...i love being small, i love being playful, and i love the attention XD and i love me mum an dad >.> lol.

I agree. The US Congress does not. Until that law gets amended or struck down that's pretty much end of story.

While I agree with you wholeheartedly, unfortunately looking over the legal stuff, depictions of child-pornography come under the same category as photographs.

However, as to the proposal you're responding to; hell no. Just because some people with child-avatars are using them pixel grinding doesn't mean all of them should go. I personally find many of them look creepy, but that's no reason to get rid of child avs, besides that the sheer lack of feasibility in regards to implementing such a proposal, there's simply no way to do it without destroying things like fantasy dwarves, or requiring a ton of people hired JUST to police such things.
