I understand the clouds are generated randomly.

Any chance they might be also made to avoid builds that are high up in the cloud layer?

Or better yet, "bunch up" around a radius of the building, so high-rises and such get a "stuck in the clouds" feel? :D

Wind and clouds aren't random. They are based on a cellular automaton system. Like that ancient game of life thing.

I knew that, but it just didn't register when I was typing :D

That would make it even simpler, then? Have the cellular automata simply ignore the space around prims?
