I understand the clouds are generated randomly. Any chance they might be also made to avoid builds that are high up in the cloud layer? Or better yet, "bunch up" around a radius of the building, so high-rises and such get a "stuck in the clouds" feel?  LF

Wind and clouds aren't random. They are based on a cellular automaton system. Like that ancient game of life thing.
