180 camera jump key & no head nod chat

A quick key that would jump the camera angle to 180 degrees while walking, running, flying, etc. (any action that automatically jumps the camera back to behind ones avatar) to quickly view oneself walking from a front angle (moving toward the camera).

(A friend mentioned this one to me):
A way to get rid of the head nodding that occurs after typing in local chat.
