I am so tired of doing massive perm changes on dozens upon dozens of textures i have uploaded.
It would be so great if you could set the perms of uploads - preferably a default, but setting per file or per bulk upload would be totally groovy and a major time saver.
(the same goes for sound file uploads as well).
Has this been suggested in the Jira or something? I never read that scary thing.

There are Greenlife and (oops sorry not Rainbow, but Henri's Cool version) builds based on 1.23 now, so you could give those a whirl. The latest Greenlife is having some teething pains, so keep the older one around just in case.

The latest Greenlife is having some teething pains, so keep the older one around just in case. Yea the new one QUITS on me at random times. And since i have never had a crashy SL, that sort of behavior is unacceptable. BUT, it did have a butt load of new features and functions which seemed somewhat daunting, but cool. Green Life will be great once these new bugs are ironed out of the latest version - AND THEY ADD RLV!  _____________________

They did already sneak RLVa into Greenlife, so you'll be all set once they get the rest of the beast to behave
