Alpha behaves like phantom?

No idea if this is technically possible but...

Imagine creating a prim and adding a texture with alpha, then clicking an option "alpha acts as phantom". Could do some wicked effects, such as:

- Easy to make doorways
- Easy to make non-rectangular floors
- Largish objects made from textures no longer have non-phantom "overflow" on their edges.
- overall, major reduction in prims for certain effects

Not possible with the way the game handles bounding boxes.
