auto clean up in protected land say.. every hour?

Probably been said before, but some of the Gov. Linden land is getting messy. Can't they set the land to return objects after, say... an hour of not being used? Just so abandoned objects get cleaned up?

If you find some messy land let a Linden know and they'll set autoreturn to 5 minutes.
