I'd like to see the ability to mark yourself as interested in coming to a specific event. That'd give the event hoster some idea as to how many might attend beforehand, as well as remind you to go to the event! (It would give you a message a few minutes before the event time, as to remind you to go!)
I'd like to see the ability to manage all events you're hosting, such as being able to edit the event from directly in game, as well as see how many plan on attending (see last suggestion).
I'd like to be able to add events from directly in game, and NOT in advance, but, right then and there.
I'd like to be able to have a "Going on Now" button in events, to see events that are currently in progress or starting within x minutes (User changes the X variable to whatever they want).

I like this idea. If there were a way to see how many people are coming then the event hoast would have a good idea when to start the event and when to wait a bit longer.
Also I think teleportation directly to an event should be possible... Maybe that new "bring your friends to you" feature could work. The Event hoast at the time of the even could automaticly send a request to anyone who has marked themselves as "Planning to attend" and they would get a request "Bla bla bla Event is starting do you wish to teleport there now?" With a possible option to ask again in X minutes or some way to give them a second to finish what they are doing before bliping away.

Ooh, I really like all these ideas. To blatantly steal a catchphrase, I endorse this product or service.
