Access to Land Management functions via LSL

Hi

I think it would be really useful to have access via LSL to management "functions" such as number of avators allowed in region..

Therefore when region performance was poor the number of allowed avatars could be reduced (via a lsl script) until sim performance improved and then raised again to an appropriate level..

There would be lots of uses of these types of functions

It would also make group maintenance a lot more complicated. Right now there's at least some difference between land management and the ability to rez & deed objects on a piece of land. That difference would basically be gone as well then.
