Find window improvements

Could we get a toggle to allow us to keep the same search information in all search fields in the Find menu? It's annoying having just typed half a name, then realizing you're in "Groups".

Also, could we get a toggle to allow us to start in "All" by default with a blank search field and no profile loaded when opening the Find menu? I very rarely care to see the profile I was looking at before after I've closed the window. I'm sure some people must like the functionality the way it is, so why not a toggle?

I often hit Find and go to type a name, but I'm usually on one of the land tabs instead... I seem to remember in 1.2, it defaulted to All or People tab?
