This is a backend request for Linden Lab. I diligently submit bug reports. I even IM and talk to lindens directly. I show examples where I can. I spend good time doing this. And then I see in town halls that no one at Linden is aware of any of the issues I submit bugs for.

- I have submited more than 1 bug report (not to mention posted in a dozen or more threads) that llGetFreeMemory() doesn't work and how it doesn't work.

- I have submitted more than 1 bug report, talked to more than 1 linden, been told it was known, and posted on the boards that the account history detail page is horrendiously innaccurate for large amounts of transactsions (it never holds more than 30-38 transactions).

According to the town hall meeting today Linden apparently didn't know either was an issue. These are not the only instances of this, these are just the most recent. These are bugs I have known about and reported about since April (openeing of Omega Games) for the transactions, and since llGetFreeMemory() was released for that one. I read those logs and wonder why do I report bugs? Why do I tell others to report bugs? What is the point?

Please Linden, if you seriously value our feedback on bugreports then implement a system to easily track them and find them. I can build you one in access in less than a day (I can give you the one I use at my current workplace that I made in a couple of hours). Or you can get some more advanced solutions, some even opensource.

Or please remove the button from the interface.

Thank you.

Seriously bumped. There should be a log of bug reports and feature requests together with priority and status - suspended, rejected, accepted, closed.

I agree - I've reported a number of bugs, and aside from the automated email, gotten no indication of anything being done. Even if the tracking system showed that nobody's picked them up yet, that would be helpful to know.

It is actually extremely low prioirity to me for players to even know about it, and I can think of many reasons for them not to.

What I want is for Lindens to know about them!
