I am experiencing some pretty heavy duty network problems, severe delays in loading scripts, textures, etc. Even opening up the texture window is taking a long time to open. There are also presense problems going on several days.
I check the blog and nothing which leaves me to several conclusions;
1) I am having a local problem, but I check websites and they load as fast as normal.
2) There is a SL problem, they know about it but just are keeping quiet about it.
3) There is a SL problem and LL doesn't have a clue.
I am hoping its 2 but leaning toward 3. How about letting us know you have a clue if there is a current problem. This is looking pretty irresponsable on your part. Your grid status button on the bottom appears to be more then useless.
COMMUNICATE for petes sake, sheesh. How about some meaningful stats in the grid status page so we can see for ourselfs.

No linden blog since Sunday. I think that's rather weird, too! There are definitely problems going on, you would think they would at least say something. I hope it's because they're too busy working on the problems to post the blog! (one can hope, right?)

For a few days now there has been a lot of freeze ups and dips in time dialations.
Opening up the texture picker freezes everything for a considerable amount of time till it finally opens.
Check the blog and nothing... So is this the new normal??

Yeah, there are definately some issues going on - I've been experiencing things that I never normally have problems with..all within the past couple of weeks, and was hoping there would be some explanation in the blog. And I've filed numerous bug reports. Come on Lindens....what's up? |
