Major Problems For Women in 1.1

I saw something on here about a 1.1 preview that's available right now so I went to take a look. Everything seems fine except my avatar is messed up in a lot of ways.

1. With avatar bump mapping on my legs look like raw chicken. They're disgusting. I've got cadaver legs.

2. I stand like a man. And not just a man, I stand like I'm writing my name in the snow if you know what I mean.

3. I don't have this personally but I've seen a lot of girls who suddenly have nonexistent hips and huge butts.

4. When we sit while wearing a skirt our legs are 8 inches apart. You can see up our skirt from a mile away.

Can women please have the option of standing like actual women instead of football players and not sitting with our legs open like we're giving birth? And as for the other problems, how hard is it not to change something? Someone had to make the decision "Women should stand like guys, have messed up hips, and lets make the skin on their legs look gross. And I want those changes by Tuesday."

If this is 1.1 I'm not happy.

This may simply be due to the fact that something that was changed in the appearance settings has caused a lot of peoples avatars to be mal-ajusted.

I think the first step would be to see if the actual problem is simply that the settings are wrong now and need to be re-ajusted to remove the Football-player-esq leg settings.

The proportions of my legs are fine. The problem is in the poses I stand in. They're different and much more masculine now.

On a different note, what's the point of the new ability to block people from your land if they can be 10 or 15 meters above it where you can still hear them and they can still drop things on you? Isn't this another case of inconveniencing those who follow the rules and doing nothing to stop those who don't?

Just noticed another one. Skirts go over jackets? What's that all about?

1. Standing with my hands on my hips and my feet farther apart than my shoulders is just ugly and unattractive and makes female avatars look mannish.

2. The bump feature for avatars makes our legs look bony like someone who is 80 or as Tyger said, chicken legs.

3. Why is sitting down with our legs crossed the only way to sit on the ground? The previous way albeit extremely unlady lake, allowed for us to sit face to face with those we chose, in a way that created a virtual intimacy.

4. I had to adjust: my hips, my waist, reduce my breasts & gravity, and reduce my butt. Now my waist looks pinched instead of natural, giving me a swimmers chest look.

6. Since toes look more acceptable than v1.0, why do we not have a feature for toe-nail polish? Why have toes to look at without being able to apply a pretty polish to them?

Maybe they figured you would do toenail polish via texture map.

Also I have a male av and I don't like the hands on hips animation either, it makes me look like Richard Simmons chiding Howard Stern.

(Standing with hands on hips)

Ha, just go with the flow! The hands on hips thing is the perfect compliment to the Overacting Super Hero Decent Pose we got when we went live! Now, I can stand there, looking heroic, while bullets bounce off me. Of course, when they throw the gun, I'll duck.

Teeny Leviathan, away!

No offense to the Lindens because I do think that they are a terriffic group of talented people.

(But)

With all the reading & research and implemented ideas I have to wonder why anyone at LL hasnt read up on body language. Its powerful stuff.

I personally dislike the messaes conveyed with hands on hips and arms crossed. I have to think and remind myself that the RL person behind the av isnt controlling these things. If you (LL) want a more social atmosphere of exchange then closed body language isnt the way to go.

Custom gestures, the next big (?) wait.

There was a rumor waaaaay long ago that we'd be able to do custom animations in Poser or something... be nice if we could skin our avatars right in Poser too, wouldn't it?

Ok here's another problem. May seem silly but.....
The biggest breast size is no longer as big as basketballs.

Now I don't really want an avatar with basketballs for breasts, but for some costume themes it could be nice. Why did they tone these down but give the guys giant lumps?
