One thing that I keep wanting to see while i'm playing is a Focus Hotkey...something like when i focus on obect1 I can hit ctrl-1 then i can focus on object2 and hit ctrl-2 then if i wanna go back to object1 i just hit 1....that way even if i couldn't see object 1 i could still switch the focus to it....
thoughts?

A good idea, and we will think about it.
As it stands right now, we have two ways to focus. One of them is (mostly) done and the other one is still being tweaked a bit. 1. You can use the focus tool in 3rd person to focus on any object or person. Your AV head will follow that focus. I like to use this as my primary way of communicating who I'm listening to, or talking to. 2. You can press the 'tab' key, and the camera will be moved to your shoulder, and your AV will turn to face the last speaker. I use this feature when I'm chatting with a few people. This particular feature is still being extended and tuned. |
