Toggle voice hearing

Hi,

There is a Toggle Talk feature that lets you toggle when your voice is heard or not.
Similarly, I would like to be able to toggle when I hear or not people's voice.
This would become handy if I wanted to stay in an area with people talking, but not hear them, or hear them again, in a click, instead of having to go in the preferences etc.
