bring back estate level "disalow create objects"

I don't know why this was removed. It is clearly NEEDED like yesterday's grid attack. I am a estate manager for 2 sims. I cannot be in all the groups for each parcel. My sims are split up into several of them all in different groups. I am not able to be in those groups for privacy reasons. I would appreciate it if i could still disable the ability to rez objects over a sim that i either own or maintain. What is the point of being a sim admin if you can't do simple things like this? So my proposal is to bring it back.

I'm still seeking new ideas to help improve security in SL. If anyone has any more ideas, drop me a line. I hope to produce a short list of the best ones from various SL residents and forward them to the Lindens.

Hmm i figured this would be someone estate managers would want returned to them. For some reason LL removed the check box in estate panel to disable building for the entire sim. For private owned sims like mine, it's a hassle locking things down during a griefing attack now. The feature was removed without warning, from my observation. If i am forced to join all 13 of the groups the parcels are deeded to, then we need yet another group limit increase... I can't be in all those groups just to set build permissions, and using a alt to do it can be a problem, if the grid is screeching to a halt and you can't log it in with it.
