loging in faster after a viewer crash ??

Since the last version or two, my client (viewer) tends to crash quite frequently. Its ok on some parcels, but in the shopping mall where i have a store, the viewer crashes about once every 10 minutes.

You get used to this after a while, so its not too bad i guess. The problem however is that after I crash, I can't log back in again immediately, as I get a message saying that the region is still logging me out - and to wait a minute before trying again. This can be a real pain when you are trying to hold a conversation with someone, as people often think you've left.

Is it possible for the logging out process after a crash to be faster so I can log back in again straight away, or is this tied in with me being timed out from the last session in some way?

You don't really have to wait a minute. You can try again immediately after getting that message. What happens is when you crash the sim never gets the message to log you off, so the next time you log on the sim suddenly realizes it needs to log you off before you can log back on again.
