Is there a way to put my Inventory and chat window on my OTHER monitor? I wish...

I've been a dual monitor system user for nearly 5 or 6 years now. It's been one of the real lifesavers for me when it comes to multitasking. Especially when I use photoshop and can drag my palettes over to the other screen so I can devote a whole monitor to the image I'm working on.

When it comes to second life however, my Inventory and chat windows and my build palettes are trapped in the Second Life Viewer window. It makes building anything in-world equivalent to trying to juggle with one hand tied behind your back with someone waving their hands in your face. I'd really love to be able to get those windows and palettes out of my way so I can build, or see who I'm talking to.

Is there some kind of plugin or download I can get to get them out of my way, undock them from the SL client window and put them over on the other screen?

They are stuck inside the client window. No alternate viewer i know of has disengaged them either. If you choose to run in a window instead of maximized, you can stretch the window across your second monitor. You may need to run a scripted camera to recenter your avatar(so it ain't in the middle bar between the monitors). alt-8 and alt-0 for zoom in and out will be your best friend in this mode.

Well, that's what I thought. Can we request this as a feature in an upcoming revision of the viewer? Having the inventory, build and chat windows in the way at any given time, no matter the size or opacity really hinders interaction and creativity.
