When you successfully teleport, the Local Chat log now includes a very helpful SLURL to your previous location.
It would be great if you also got such a SLURL for failed teleports. Something like...
Teleport failed to http://slurl.com/secondlife/Rendervisions%20Isle/174/156/23
This would be helpful when I am trying to teleport to a location for which I have no landmark since, when the teleport starts, the Place Information window goes away. If that window came from a SLURL from an external source, I may not be able to get it back again easily. Having the SLURL copied to my chat log when the teleport fails would make it easier to try again.
