I'd like to see another window, perhaps tabbed off of the chat history window, which shows system messages.
Online / Offline messages could go into this window instead of the chat history window.
What I really want to see in this window are the things that aren't currently shown anywhere:
You have paid Suzie Sunshine $100 Suzie Sunshine paid you $2000
Object *purchases* wouldn't necessarily need to go into this window, but I wouldn't complain if they did.
Billybob Brown has offered you: object_name
Move the accepted/declined messages into this window. Add the object name to them.
What else could we move to this new window to both:
* unclutter the general chat / chat history window and * provide us with information some of us really want to see
?

Good deal. IM spam about events could also go to this window, I despise and abhor either having the IM button blink at me all night, or having to open up the IM window, tab to the event message and close it (also, usually seconds after a do that an "also..." IM arrives).

Event hosts and hostesses *need* for those notices to go out, because lots of people don't read the events forum or the calendar, or they simply forget after having read one or the other. Saying "go pick up an event notecard" is all well and good too, but if you get busy with something it's very easy to forget and miss an event you really did want to go to. So yes, if there were a way for the event IMs to go to a new system messages window this would be a Good Thing. #!

I want this! Ive often asked for a way to just have the liason event messages go away (ex. busy mode), but in the middle of my train of thought while writing a script I hear "Ding Ding!" and the IM button flashes and etc...therefore loosing whatever ideas I had in my head. Having a seperate window would be grand!
