 Number of times we end up choosing between certain items that can't be worn with others because they use the same attachment point.
 
 Yes I know I could move one but say i've already got spine, pelvis and stomach with something on, there are no more option and it's frustrating to move an item to an alternate attachment point to accomodate a favourite skirt to only then have it confict later with something else.

The main thing stopping LL from adding this feature is the issue of how to present it to the user, as there is very little that needs to be done to actually make it work; in-fact, you can supposedly add multiple attachments to a point already with knowledge of the source-code, there's just no easy way for the average user to do it.
