Mute Forum residents

The Ability to Mute Forum residents is a good start but needs to go one step further - add the ability to not even display any thread they start. There are like 3 people here I have muted but constantly start new threads that require me to sift through pages of just titles to get past their crap. Ideally it would greatly please me if as far as my forum pages looked they didnt even exist.
